Began well from gate 13, raced better than midfield on the outside, unable to maintain position from 600M, eased final 500M.

Approaching the 100 Metres was bumped by CALIFORNIA BLITZ which shifted in under pressure before being straightened by its rider. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped well, raced 2 wide towards rear, 9 lengths or so back turning in, passed some tired runners in straight.

Approaching the 100 Metres got unbalanced after shifting in under pressure and making contact with REZEKI.

Approaching the turn near the 900 Metres got its head up when over-racing and having to be restrained away from the heels of RUBY SAILING. SAME TO YOU continued to over-race for some distance after that.

Began smartly from gate 1, sent forward to take the lead, travelled comfortably to turn, kept on very well in straight to hold off the challengers.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Average to begin, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 6 lengths or so back, 3 wide turning in, finished off evenly.

Blundered badly on jumping, raced behind midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, made no impression in straight.

A short distance after the start was inconvenienced by CALIFORNIA BLITZ which shifted out.

Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the event Z Purton reported that he was satisfied with his mount’s overall performance and, in his opinion, may be better suited with a step-up in distance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of LAHORE was considered disappointing as compared to its previous race start. Before being allowed to race again, LAHORE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Sent for sampling post-race.

Taken back from gate 10, raced at tail, 12 lengths back turning in, passed some tired runners in straight.

Away well, raced better than midfield on the inside, saved ground throughout, kept on well in straight but always held.

Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. After the event M L Yeung reported that he had some concerns with his mount’s action in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began only fairly, raced 3 wide behind midfield early, a bit closer after entering the back straight, positioned 2 wide in midfield in the middle stages, commenced move 600M, finished off well to take 2nd but always held.

The start was delayed when FORTUNE KINGO proved very difficult to load into the barriers. After the event H Bentley reported that his mount raced quite intractably. The barrier manners and racing manners of FORTUNE KINGO were considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, FORTUNE KINGO will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
