3. Use License & Intellectual Property
OddsFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our horse racing analytics software for personal or internal research purposes.
All proprietary algorithms, racing prediction models, market analysis logic, data processing methods, software code, dashboard designs, and AI-generated insights remain the intellectual property of OddsFlow.
You agree not to:

- Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools to extract data from the OddsFlow platform.
- Misrepresent OddsFlow analytics as guaranteed racing tips, betting instructions, or financial advice.
4. Data Accuracy and AI Limitations
OddsFlow’s horse racing analysis engine uses historical race data, runner performance, jockey and trainer statistics, market movement, race conditions, and machine learning models to generate probabilities and analytical outputs.
However, horse racing outcomes are inherently uncertain and may be influenced by many unpredictable factors, including but not limited to:
- Horse condition and race-day behavior
- Jockey decisions
- Trainer strategy
- Track condition
- Pace scenario
- Barrier draw
- Weather
- Market volatility
- Late scratches or withdrawals
- Unexpected race incidents
OddsFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any race projection, odds movement signal, market alert, probability estimate, or analytical output.
All data and analytics are provided “as is.” OddsFlow assumes no liability for any decision made based on the information displayed on the platform.
5. Responsible Use & Risk Disclosure
OddsFlow is a research and analytics tool. It is not a directive to place bets, trade markets, or take any financial action.
Users acknowledge that horse racing analysis involves uncertainty and risk. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the statistical data, odds movements, AI probabilities, and market visualizations provided by OddsFlow.
OddsFlow explicitly disclaims liability for any financial losses, betting losses, trading losses, opportunity losses, emotional distress, or other damages associated with the use or misuse of our analytics tools.
Users should comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction regarding sports data, racing information, wagering, and online services.
6. User Accounts & Security

7. Subscription & Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other supported gateways.
Subscriptions grant access to OddsFlow’s horse racing analytics software, data infrastructure, dashboard tools, and related SaaS features for the selected subscription period.
We do not offer refunds based on:
- Race results
- Horse performance
- Market movement outcomes
- Missed opportunities
- Betting or trading losses
- User interpretation of analytics
- Disagreement with AI-generated probabilities or signals
The service provided is access to the software platform itself, not any guaranteed racing outcome or financial result.
8. Market Signals and Alerts
OddsFlow may provide market alerts, odds movement indicators, probability changes, value detection signals, or AI-generated race insights.
These features are designed to help users understand market behavior and racing data patterns. They are not betting instructions, guaranteed tips, or financial recommendations.
Users should treat all signals and alerts as analytical references only.
9. Third-Party Data and External Sources
OddsFlow may use or display data sourced from third-party providers, racing databases, odds feeds, public information, or external APIs.
While we aim to maintain high data quality, we do not guarantee that third-party data will always be accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted.
OddsFlow is not responsible for errors, delays, omissions, feed disruptions, incorrect race information, odds discrepancies, or changes made by third-party data providers.
