Tracked leaders against rail, challenged up rail from 300m out, strong run to lead 100m out, won cosily.

When questioned regarding the improved performance Mr C H Wong representing Trainer D A Hayes, stated that, in his opinion, the horse was advantaged by the track conditions which, whilst still rated as "Good”, had some give due to rain which had fallen at the start of the meeting. Sent for sampling post-race.

Tracked leader, under pressure to challenge leader 400m out, stayed on well but no match for winner.

Leaving the 800 Metres shifted out and made contact with LEAN MASTER. Sent for sampling post-race.

Settled in mid-field, driven along 600m out, short of room top of home straight, ran on well final 200m.

Shortly after the start made contact with FIND MY LOVE due to both runners shifting ground. E C W Wong stated that the intention was to hold a forward position. He said after being hampered shortly after the start LUCK IS BACK failed to show sufficient pace in the early stages to hold a more forward position.

Tracked pace out wide without cover, struggled to hold position from 600m out, one paced under pressure, impeded 100m out.

Leaving the 800 Metres LOVING VIBES shifted out and away from WINNING MONEY and made contact with LEAN MASTER. Leaving the 100 Metres was hampered when taken wider and made contact with JOLLY COMPANION. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Raced in rear after checked 1100m out, under pressure from 700m out to hold position, lacked pace to challenge.

Near the 1100 Metres was steadied to avoid GENIUS BABY (K Teetan) which shifted in when not sufficiently clear. K Teetan was advised to exercise more care.

Waited with towards rear, pushed along widest into home straight, briefly hampered 100m out, never a threat.

Shortly after the start made contact with LUCK IS BACK due to both runners shifting ground. Leaving the 100 Metres GENIUS BABY (K Teetan) commenced to improve to the outside of LOVING VIBES as LOVING VIBES shifted out slightly. As a consequence LEAN MASTER was hampered and taken out onto JOLLY COMPANION which shifted out towards FIND MY LOVE which became unbalanced when being steadied away from JOLLY COMPANION. K Teetan was advised to exercise more care. H Bowman stated that his mount found it difficult to finish the race off in the Home Straight under its top weight of 135 lbs. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Three wide in mid-field, pushed along wide into home straight, bumped 100m out, unable to recover.

From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Leaving the 100 Metres was hampered when bumped by LEAN MASTER.

Kicked a rail in the Parade Ring, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on arrival at the Start and passed suitable to race. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Rail position in mid-field, driven along 500m out, lost touch final 200m, eased once well held.

Raced in touch with leaders, ridden 500m out, ran green, shifted in 200m out, dropped away quickly final 200m.

Jumped only fairly. Raced greenly when under pressure in the Home Straight and near the 200 Metres shifted in, resulting in its rider Y L Chung having to stop riding and straighten his mount. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
