Jumped well from gate 13, taken back to race 2 wide behind midfield, angled out 450M, 5 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight to take a place.

When placed under pressure near the 350 Metres raced greenly and lay out. GOLD PATCH continued to lay out in the Home Straight, resulting in its rider J McDonald pulling his whip through to his left hand leaving the 200 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race.

Between the 800 Metres and the 700 Metres became unbalanced when buffeted for room between FIND MY LOVE and MOTOR. Between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres was held up for clear running.

Jumped well from a wide draw, raced 3 wide, a length or so back, moved a bit closer after passing 1200M, 2 wide from 1000M, 1/2L back turning in, peaked 300M, weakened gradually final 150M.

Began only fairly, raced 2 wide at rear, 6 to 7 lengths back turning in, made minor progress in straight.

After the 800 Metres commenced to race keenly and shifted out to avoid VICTORY CHAMPION. As a result FIND MY LOVE made contact with ALWAYS FLUKE, resulting in ALWAYS FLUKE then becoming unbalanced when buffeted for room between FIND MY LOVE and MOTOR.

Taken back from the widest draw, raced towards rear on the outside, 6 to 7 lengths back turning in, made no impression in straight.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have bled from both nostrils. Before being allowed to race again, VICTORY CHAMPION will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Jumped only fairly, raced at tail, 11 lengths back, moved closer along the rail on turn, 6 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight without threatening.

Bumped shortly after the start and became unbalanced. Leaving the 800 Metres commenced to race keenly and was steadied to avoid BEST FARM when that runner gave ground whilst positioned behind WARRIORS DREAM.

Bumped start, raced slightly better than midfield on the outside, there to turn, made some progress early in straight, peaked 150M, weakened gradually close home.

Passing the 700 Metres was bumped on the hindquarters and became unbalanced. Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Jumped with them, raced in midfield on the outside, 4 to 5 lengths back turning in, kept on same pace in straight.

When under pressure leaving the 300 Metres was steadied when crowded between MOTOR and VICTORY CHAMPION, both of which shifted ground slightly. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, GLACIATED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Began smartly from gate 1, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1/2L turning in, peaked and headed 300M, weakened inside final furlong.

Jumped only fairly. Shortly after the start was then checked when badly crowded between SUPER MASTERMIND and WARRIORS DREAM which jumped awkwardly and shifted in.

Bumped on jumping, raced in midfield on the inside, angled out 500M, finished off well to take 2nd.

Slow to begin. The performance of RISING FROM EAST, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, RISING FROM EAST will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
