Between the 450 Metres and the 350 Metres was held up for clear running. M Guyon reported that he was instructed to settle where comfortable. He said after his mount jumped well and under its light weight of 119 lbs he was able to hold an on-pace position.

Crowded on jumping between SMART FAT CAT and ROBOT STAR, both of which shifted ground. Was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Sent for sampling post-race.

Bumped start and unbalanced, raced towards rear, nearer to the middle track, hard ridden from 350M but failed to quicken, one-paced to the line.

Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of ROBOT STAR.

Out with rest, raced prominently, 3 away from the stands' rail, hit the front 250M, kept on very well to score on his debut.

Between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres was held up for clear running. L Ferraris stated that he was asked to ride the horse in a more conservative manner in the early stages with blinkers being removed as GLORIASTAR finished its recent races off only fairly when being asked to go forward. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Fast into stride, sent forward to take the lead, peaked 300M, headed 250M, weakened gradually final 100M.

Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when racing in restricted room between GLORIASTAR and AMAZING AWARD. J McDonald stated that his mount jumped well today and settled in a more slightly forward position than its previous race starts. He said in the Home Straight SMART FAT CAT finished the race off only fairly.

Bumped shortly after start, raced towards rear, 2 away from the stands' rail, switched to the middle track after passing 400M, no clear run until approaching 150M, finished off strongly to take 2nd.

Jumped awkwardly. In the early stages raced ungenerously and got its head up. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have blood in its mouth and also to be a "roarer”.

Jumped well from gate 10, raced prominently on the stands' side, took the lead 300M, peaked and headed 250M, stayed on evenly to take a place.

Blundered badly on jumping, became unbalanced and lost ground. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported.

On jumping was crowded by FORTUNE KINGO which shifted in. Between the 300 Metres and 200 Metres H Bentley had difficulty fully riding the horse out when his whip became entangled in his reins.

Jumped awkwardly and lost ground, raced towards rear on the stands' side, short of room final 400M, not able to test properly.
