DARCI BRAHMA was a ten-time winner from 1200M to 1600M with five G1 titles. He started his stud life in New Zealand in 2007 and was six times champion sire in Singapore while there are some G1 winners among Australia and New Zealand as well. Most DARCI BRAHMA in HK are versatile including winner of G1 Centenary Sprint Cup D B PIN, dirt race specialist PICK NUMBER ONE, National Day Cup champion FULL OF BEAUTY and 2021 BMW Hong Kong Derby hero SKY DARCI. 60 runners of him celebrated the joy of black type contests successes. In 2023, The Oaks Stud announced that DARCI BRAHMA retired from stud duties. GOOD FORTUNE was sold at NZD$ 50,000 as a yearling and NZD$ 80,000 in 2021 NZB Ready To Run Sale where he finished 200M in 10.86s during the breeze up run. He was trained by Lance O'Sullivan & Andrew Scott in New Zealand and took part in 2 barrier trials where he sat handy and kept on one-paced for 7th in an 800M synthetic section (19th Jul 2022), then raced behind the leading duo and made little ground for 3rd in a 950M synthetic trial (28th Nov 2022). His dam LION BLANC won at 1800M and half-brother SO AWESOME collected 3 wins at 1200M and 1400M. The 6YO should be fine to handle up to mile and also fine on dirt.
