Taken back from the widest draw, raced at tail, 10 lengths or so back in the middle stages, moved a bit closer on turn, 8 to 9 lengths back turning in, made some progress in straight.

After obtaining a position behind BOTTOMUPTOGETHER near the 800 Metres commenced to race keenly, resulting in HARMONY N BLESSED then being obliged to race wide and without cover thereafter.

Moderately away, raced 2 wide towards rear, 7 lengths back, same margin back turning in, made no impression in straight.

Jumped only fairly, shifted in and dipped shortly after the start when it made contact with FAST NETWORK. After the event, L Ferraris reported that after settling back in the field he placed his mount under pressure in the early part of the Home Straight. He added under pressure MID WINTER WIND lay in and finished the race off only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
