Lay out under pressure in the Home Straight. After the event, M Chadwick reported that from the outside barrier he was instructed to hold an on-pace position. He said when caught wide early he elected to continue forward to lead to avoid covering additional ground. Trainer W K Mo confirmed the instructions were to take up a forward position but not necessarily lead. He said FRANCIS MEYNELL jumped well today with the hood being removed from its gear.

Taken back to race at rear, 10 lengths back, still 9 lengths back turning in, made good progress in straight to be nearest on line.

Crowded shortly after start, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 5 to 6 lengths back turning in, finished off strongly to score by a nose.

Shortly after the start raced in restricted room between LUCKY ARCHANGEL and CONSPIRATOR. Held up for a short distance near the 450 Metres.

Made contact at start, raced in midfield, 2 wide, angled out 500M, kept on same pace in straight.

Shifted in at the start, was bumped and became unbalanced. Near the 550 Metres was steadied away from CONSPIRATOR which was taken out. Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Taken back from a wide draw, raced at tail, 11 lengths back, still 9 lengths back turning in, made very good progress in straight to make frame.

Jumped awkwardly and shortly after the start was bumped. In the middle stages raced keenly and for some distance approaching the 600 Metres was steadied away from AERIS NOVA.

Jumped only fairly and shortly afterwards was crowded by AERIS NOVA which shifted in. Noted to have lost its left front plate after the race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Shortly after the start was tightened for room between MIGHTY STRIDE and RIGHTEOUS ARION which shifted in despite the efforts of its rider. After the event, L Hewitson reported that his mount raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. He said near the 550 Metres he was taken wider when LUCKY ARCHANGEL was taken out by PAKISTAN LEGACY. He said at this point CONSPIRATOR changed stride and came under pressure soon after before giving ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
