Chased leaders along the fence, within striking distance turning home, responded well and dug deep final 200M to overhaul the long-time leader near line.

Near the 50 Metres was shifted to the inside of JUMBO TREASURE to obtain clear running and over the concluding stages raced tight to the inside of JUMBO TREASURE which shifted in.

Guided to race along the fence in midfield, in a similar spot turning home, finished off moderately under a big weight but couldn't be ridden out when racing tight over the concluding stages.

Over the concluding stages could not be fully ridden out when racing tight to the inside of HONEST WITNESS. B Avdulla was severely reprimanded for using the whip on consecutive occasions in 4 consecutive strides passing the 150 Metres.

Unable to slot in from wide draw, caught wide in midfield and left without cover from 600M, ran home well enough final 300M to be beaten 1.5L at the finish.

Noted to have bled from both nostrils after the race. Before being allowed to race again, AMAZING KID will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Bumped at the start, held up towards the rear 6-7Ls off the pace, had some work to do 400M, responded well when asked but was denied clear running from 100M to the finish. Inconclusive run.

Bumped at the start. Approaching the 100 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running between AMAZING KID and SYMBOL OF STRENGTH, both of which shifted ground slightly. ACE CHAMPION then had difficulty obtaining clear running for the remainder of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
