Made contact shortly after start, raced better than midfield, 2 away from the stands' rail, dropped to midfield in the middle stages, hard ridden after passing 400M but showed no response, weakened thereafter.

Jumped only fairly. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Between the 700 Metres and the 500 Metres raced keenly and after the 600 Metres was steadied to avoid THE RED HARE. Sent for sampling post-race.

Made contact shortly after start, raced in 3rd, 2-3/4L back at 400M, hard ridden after passing 400M but only showed limited response, weakened final furlong.

Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and made contact with DRAGON ON SNOW. Near the 50 Metres was inconvenienced when taken out slightly by FIT FOR BEAUTY which shifted out. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped only fairly, raced slightly behind midfield on the stands' side, inconvenienced near 650M, 3 to 4 lengths back at 400M, kept on one-paced to the line.

In the middle stages raced keenly and near the 600 Metres was steadied away from HAROLD WIN. Held up for clear running between the 400 Metres and the 350 Metres.

Bumped and unbalanced shortly after start, raced at rear throughout, never a factor.

When the pace steadied after the 800 Metres raced keenly and was steadied to avoid PACKING GLORY.

Began awkwardly and bumped, raced behind midfield on the middle track, hard ridden approaching 300M, kept on same pace to the line.

Made contact shortly after start, positioned 2 to 3 lengths behind the leader in the middle of the track, finished off well to take 2nd without threatening the winner.

In the middle stages raced keenly. Briefly held up for clear running near the 400 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, LUCY IN THE SKY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Bumped on jumping, raced in midfield on the stands' rail, 2 to 3 lengths back at 400M, kept on evenly to take a place, no threat to the first two.
