Jumped only fairly, positioned 1-3/4L behind the leader, 2 away from the stands' rail, commenced move after passing 350M, took the lead 250M, headed 150M, kept on well to take 2nd.

Between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres was held up when being shifted to the outside of HAROLD WIN and SIX PACK to obtain clear running. Sent for sampling post-race.

Fast into stride, raced prominently on the stands' rail, hard ridden from 400M but only showed limited response, kept on same pace to the line.

Shifted in at the start and bumped heavily with BRILLIANT EXPRESS. L Ferraris was severely reprimanded in relation to using his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height on one occasion near the 100 Metres.

C L Chau reported that his mount raced ungenerously throughout the early and middle stages and as a result was unable to finish the race off strongly in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
