Jumped awkwardly and lost ground, raced towards rear on the stands' side, short of room final 400M, not able to test properly.

Bumped shortly after start, raced towards rear, 2 away from the stands' rail, switched to the middle track after passing 400M, no clear run until approaching 150M, finished off strongly to take 2nd.

Bumped near the 1000 Metres. Raced keenly in the early stages and near the 900 Metres shifted in and bumped WARRIORS DREAM. C L Chau was severely reprimanded in relation to using his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height on three occasions in the Home Straight. Sent for sampling post-race.

Slow to begin, raced at rear on the stands' rail, unable to obtain clear run final 400M, ran on evenly to the line.

Bumped near the 1100 Metres. Near the 700 Metres became unbalanced when it shifted out and away from MERLION and made contact with DASHING PEACH.

Began well from gate 14, positioned 1-1/2L behind the leader on the stands' rail, no clear run final 400M, not able to test properly.

Crowded on jumping between RUN RUN SMART and AUTUMN VIBES which shifted in. Over the concluding stages could not be fully ridden out when awkwardly placed close to CHILL PARTNERS.

Shifted out at start and bumped, positioned a length behind the leader, nearer to the middle track, hard ridden from 350M but only showed limited response, weakened gradually final 100M.

After the 1000 Metres raced tight to the inside of BROWNNEEDSFURTHER (J Orman) which shifted in. J Orman was advised to exercise more care. Held up for clear running between the 450 Metres and 350 Metres. Near the 200 Metres was shifted to the outside of BROWNNEEDSFURTHER to continue into clear running. Noted to have blood in the mouth after the race.

Jumped well from gate 10, raced prominently on the stands' side, took the lead 300M, peaked and headed 250M, stayed on evenly to take a place.

Bumped on jumping. Near the 1000 Metres shifted out when being corrected by its rider and as a result made contact with CHILL PARTNERS. Near the 900 Metres was bumped by CHILL PARTNERS when that runner shifted in when racing keenly.

Shifted out on jumping. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Between the 250 Metres and the 150 Metres was held up for clear running behind MERLION. Leaving the 100 Metres was then shifted to the outside of VIVA FIRECRACKER to continue into clear running. Over the concluding stages could not be fully ridden out when positioned close to VIVA FIRECRACKER which shifted out when awkwardly placed close to CHILL PARTNERS.

Bumped on jumping. Briefly crowded near the 50 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Passing the 900 Metres made contact with the running rail and became unbalanced. Briefly crowded approaching the 50 Metres. Apprentice E C W Wong reported that his mount jumped only fairly and then was further hampered when crowded by VIVA FIRECRACKER. He said as a consequence RUN RUN SMART settled further back in the field than intended.

Slightly slow out and made contact shortly after start, positioned a length or so back, 2 away from the stands' rail, no clear run until approaching final 150M, made minor progress thereafter.

Jumped awkwardly, shifted in and made contact with VIVA FIRECRACKER. Despite being ridden along in the early stages did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Fast into stride, sent forward to take the lead, peaked 300M, headed 250M, weakened gradually final 100M.

Approaching the 1100 Metres shifted in and away from WARRIORS DREAM and made contact with LUCKY XANDER. Raced wide and without cover from the 700 Metres. Near the 700 Metres was bumped by BROWNNEEDSFURTHER. Near the 350 Metres was hampered when taken wider by BROWNNEEDSFURTHER which shifted out.

Out with rest, raced prominently, 3 away from the stands' rail, hit the front 250M, kept on very well to score on his debut.

Incident Report
Near the 100 Metres RUN RUN SMART improved to the outside of WARRIORS DREAM, resulting in MERLION being placed in restricted room. Near the 50 Metres MERLION was then checked when crowded between MABUBU which shifted in and away from VIVA FIRECRACKER which also shifted in and RUN RUN SMART (Apprentice E C W Wong) which shifted out and away from WARRIORS DREAM after being taken out slightly by that runner. After considering all the evidence Apprentice Wong was advised in similar circumstances he would be expected to make a greater effort to straighten his mounts to avoid causing interference to other runners.

Began well from gate 1, taken back to race behind midfield on the middle track, 2 to 3 lengths back at 400M, hard ridden from 250M and made some progress, no extra final 50M. (Bled.)

After travelling a short distance raced tight to the inside of DASHING PEACH. Approaching the 1100 Metres was bumped by WARRIORS DREAM and as a result shifted in and made contact with BROWNNEEDSFURTHER. Near the 800 Metres was steadied to avoid DASHING PEACH (B Avdulla) which shifted in when not sufficiently clear. B Avdulla was advised to exercise more care.
