Moderately away from a wide draw, raced towards rear on the outside, commenced move approaching 500M, very wide turning in, made good progress in straight without threatening.

For a short distance near the 400 Metres was held up behind OCEAN IMPACT. Near the 250 Metres made contact with OUR LUCKY GLORY due to both runners shifting ground. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped well from the widest draw, sent forward to take the lead, 2 wide, found rail near 500M, led by 1-1/4L turning in, kept on well in straight but unable to hold off the first two final 50M.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages and raced ungenerously when being shifted in to obtain cover. Near the 800 Metres shifted out when being steadied away from CAN’T GO WONG when it was racing keenly.

Bumped start, raced prominently early, positioned 1 out 1 back in the middle stages, showed limited response early in straight, weakened final 100M. (See Racing Incidents.) (Blood in trachea.)

In the early stages was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Apprentice E C W Wong was reprimanded for using whip on consecutive occasions in 2 consecutive strides near the 250 Metres and again near the 200 Metres.

Bumped on the hindquarters at the start, raced better than midfield on the outside, steadied near 1050M, positioned 2 wide, 2-1/2L back in the middle stages, carried wider 450M, kept on well until final 50M, ran on evenly to the line.

After improving to the inside of PING HAI COMET leaving the 300 Metres became unbalanced at the 250 Metres when reluctant to hold its position to the inside of PING HAI COMET. Near the 200 Metres was briefly crowded by PING HAI COMET.

Jumped awkwardly and lost ground, raced at rear on the inside, 2 wide from 500M, wider turning in, made some headway in straight.

Shortly after the start raced tight between KASA PAPA and NORTHERN BEAST and as a result was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Z Purton stated that with the early and middle stages of the event being run outside of standard time his mount found it difficult to make up ground in the Home Straight from back in the field. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, SUPREME AGILITY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Began smartly from gate 1, raced prominently on the inside, allowed rival to cross near 500M, sat right behind the leader turning in, peaked early in straight, weakened final furlong.

M L Yeung reported that his mount lay in throughout the event and near the 200 Metres shifted in, resulting in him having to stop riding and straighten his mount. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began well, raced in midfield on the outside, improved after 450M, very wide turning in, showed very good response in straight, took the lead 50M, kept on well but unable to hold off the winner late.
