Jumped well, raced in 3rd, 2 wide, same position on turn, showed good response in straight, took the lead 100M, kept on well but unable to hold off the first two close home.

Slow to begin and then was crowded by STORMING DRAGON which shifted out. Between the 200 Metres and the 100 Metres was held up for clear running between REGENT GLORY and KING ECCELLENTE.

Began only fairly, raced 2 wide slightly behind midfield, commenced move 350M, finished off very strongly, led close home.

Bumped on the hindquarters on jumping. After the event, B Avdulla advised that from a wide barrier his instructions were to ride his mount in a conservative manner in the early stages. Trainer D J Hall confirmed the instructions issued.

Bumped start, raced in midfield on the outside, no cover for the majority of the race, finished off strongly to take 2nd, just beaten by a narrow margin.

Made contact with the left side of its barrier on jumping and lost ground, raced at tail, 8 lengths back turning in, made very good progress in straight to make frame.

After the event, H Bentley reported that his mount raced a little too keenly during the race with blinkers being reapplied tonight. He added that together with KING ECCELLENTE carrying the top weight of 135 lbs, it was unable to finish the race off when under pressure in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began smartly from the widest draw, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1/2L on turn, kept on well early in straight, peaked and headed approaching 150M, weakened final 100M.

Jumped only fairly and then was crowded by FUN N GLORY which shifted in. Over the concluding stages became unbalanced when racing in restricted room between DRAGON AIR FORCE and KING ECCELLENTE which shifted out when giving ground.

Shifted in at start and bumped, raced 2 wide towards rear, similar position on turn, no clear run until final 100M, finished off evenly.
