Average to begin, raced in midfield, 3 lengths or so back turning in, kept on same pace in straight.

Bumped at the start. In the early stages raced keenly. Near the 1000 Metres was checked to avoid RIGHTEOUS ARION (A Badel) which shifted in and away from CHEVAL VICTORIOUS. A Badel was severely reprimanded and advised he must ensure that he is sufficiently clear when shifting ground. Noted to have bled from both nostrils after the race. Before being allowed to race again, MAGNIFIQUE will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Sent for sampling post-race.

Taken back from gate 10, raced towards rear on the outside, 8 lengths or so back, travelled greenly in the early stages, found rail near 700M, same margin back turning in, made no impression in straight.

No report. <7/7/2025 Additional Veterinary Reports> The Veterinary Surgeon reported that NORTHERN FIRE BALL was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, NORTHERN FIRE BALL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Moderately away, raced slightly better than midfield on the outside, found rail near 700M, angled out 450M, finished off strongly to take 2nd.

Near the 900 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by RIGHTEOUS ARION (A Badel) which shifted in. A Badel was advised to exercise more care. Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was held up for clear running.
