Moderately away from a wide draw, sent forward to race in 2nd, a length back on turn, kept on well in straight to take a place. (See Racing Incidents.)

Held up for clear running on the Home Turn and near the 300 Metres made contact with SAVVY TWINKLE when being shifted to the outside of MOTOMAN. Sent for sampling post-race.

Bumped start, raced 2 wide better than midfield, 2 to 3 lengths back turning in, peaked early in straight, weakened inside final furlong.

Jumped with them, raced 2 wide slightly behind midfield, 6 lengths or so back, commenced move 550M, 4-1/2L back turning in, finished off strongly to take 2nd, nearest on line.

Approaching the 250 Metres was steadied when held up for clear running behind HAPPY PARK and as a result did not obtain clear running until after the 200 Metres.

Bumped start, raced slightly better than midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, kept on well early in straight, peaked 150M, weakened gradually thereafter.

Jumped awkwardly. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. In the early stages raced greenly after being shifted across behind runners. Raced greenly when under pressure in the Home Straight.

Began smartly, sent forward to take the lead, led by a length on turn, kept on very well to the line and scored.

Shortly after the start was crowded between NEW POWER and HAPPY PARK which shifted out. Approaching the first turn near the 1000 Metres shifted in and away from DRAGON FOUR SEAS, made contact with the running rail and became unbalanced. Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when awkwardly placed close to the heels of MEGA BONUS.

Out in line, raced 2 wide in midfield, unable to maintain position after passing 500M, showed no response in straight, finished last.

Taken back to race 2 wide towards rear, commenced move 500M, 6 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight to make frame. (See Racing Incidents.)

Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when placed in restricted room between STAR BROSE and PRIME MORTAR which shifted out. After the event, Y L Chung stated that his mount travelled satisfactorily in the early stages and came under pressure near the 500 Metres before giving ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, HAPPY PARK will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Bumped start, positioned 1-1/2L behind the leader on rail, saved ground on turn, kept on well early in straight, no extra final 100M.

On jumping shifted out and made contact with MOTOMAN. In the early stages raced keenly when being shifted in to obtain cover. Bumped near the 300 Metres.

Bumped start, taken back to race at tail, 12 lengths or so back, closer on turn but still 7-1/2L back, made some headway in straight.

Bumped at the start. After the event, J Orman stated that his mount was obliged to race wide and without cover from the 800 Metres and then failed to finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
