Jumped awkwardly, taken back to race towards rear on the inside, 5 lengths or so back turning in, no clear run early in straight, cleared 300M, finished off strongly to be nearest on line. (See Racing Incidents.)

Incident Report
Bumped on jumping. Lay out in the Home Straight and near the 150 Metres shifted out, resulting in its rider H Bentley having to stop riding, straighten and pull his whip through to his left hand. After the event, H Bentley reported that with his mount starting from an inside barrier he was given the option of holding a more forward position. He said when HONG LOK GOLF commenced well and the early stages of the race were run outside of standard time he was able to lead the event. Sent for sampling post-race.

Average to begin, sent forward to race prominently but trapped 3 wide, there to turn, peaked early in straight, weakened final 300M. (See Racing Incidents.)

Incident Report
In the Home Straight lay in. Near the 200 Metres shifted in, resulting in its rider B Avdulla having to stop riding and straighten. Again near the 100 Metres B Avdulla was required to stop riding and straighten when SKY JEWELLERY continued to lay in. Over the concluding stages B Avdulla dropped his right rein. Sent for sampling post-race.

Crowded start, raced 2 wide better than midfield, 2 lengths or so back turning in, weakened early in straight, eased final furlong. (Irregular heart rhythm.) (See Racing Incidents.)

Incident Report
Jumped awkwardly, made contact with the right side of its barrier, became unbalanced and lost ground. In the middle stages raced keenly and near the 650 Metres was steadied when positioned close to REZEKI.

Shifted in at start and bumped, sent forward to take the lead, travelled well in the middle stages, led by 3/4L turning in, kept on well to the line and scored. (See Racing Incidents.)

Began awkwardly and unbalanced, positioned 3 wide, 2 lengths back, wider turning in, made some progress early in straight, peaked 200M, kept on same pace to the line.

On jumping was bumped on the hindquarters by SKY TRUST and became unbalanced.

Began only fairly, raced behind midfield on the inside, 4 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, kept to inside after straightening and made some progress. (See Racing Incidents.)

Shifted out at the start and got its head up when being corrected by its rider. Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of SKY TRUST.

Moderately away from gate 1, positioned 3 lengths behind the leader on the inside, same position on turn, finished off well to take 2nd.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Between the 450 Metres and the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.

Away well, raced prominently, 2 wide on turn, kept on well in straight to take a place, always held.

On jumping was crowded between FIGHTING MACHINE and AMAZING VICTORY. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Made contact at start, raced in midfield on the outside, 4 lengths back turning in, peaked early in straight, ran on evenly to the line.

Fast into stride, positioned 2 lengths behind the leader on the inside, saved ground on turn, finished off evenly.

Jumped awkwardly, shifted in and made contact with HONG LOK GOLF. After the event, L Ferraris stated that his mount raced keenly throughout the early and middle stages and as a result did not run on when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Crowded shortly after start, raced 2 wide, 4 lengths or so back, there to turn, no daylight early in straight, made minor progress thereafter.

Crowded at the start. After the event, L Hewitson confirmed that from a wide barrier he was instructed to ride his mount in a conservative manner in the early stages.
