Average to begin, raced 3 wide with cover slightly behind midfield, wider turning in, made some progress in straight to make frame.

Moderately away from gate 1, raced in midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, finished off evenly.

Commenced well, sent forward to take the lead, led by a length turning in, kept on well in straight but unable to hold off the winner final 150M.

In the early stages raced keenly as its rider K Teetan endeavoured to obtain cover. TOP THRONE was unable to obtain cover and raced wide and without cover for the majority of event.

Began well, raced 2 wide better than midfield, there to turn, peaked early in straight, weakened final furlong.

When questioned, H Bowman stated that from a wide barrier he had no specific instructions where to settle. He said when his mount jumped only fairly he elected to allow AUTUMN VIBES to settle with cover behind midfield. He said making the Home Turn AUTUMN VIBES, which was hanging in, made contact with MOUNT EVEREST when he shifted to the outside of GOLDEN LUCK. He said in the Home Straight AUTUMN VIBES then continued to hang in and proved reluctant to improve between TOP THRONE and MOUNT EVEREST. He added AUTUMN VIBES would derive benefit from today’s race experience and may also appreciate being stepped up in distance for its next race start. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.

Taken back from the widest draw, raced towards rear on the outside, very wide turning in, failed to close off in straight.

Bumped at the start. Whilst the Stewards were satisfied that the riding of H T Mo, 6th placegetter, over the concluding stages did not affect the horse’s finishing position, he was nonetheless reminded of his obligation to ensure that he fully rides his mounts out to the finish of the race.

Taken back from a wide draw, raced at rear on the outside, 5 lengths or so back turning in, passed some tired runners in straight. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped awkwardly, shifted in, made contact with HAPPY TANGO and lost ground.

Away with them, raced 2 wide in midfield, 3 lengths or so back, angled out approaching 500M, no daylight early in straight, cleared 250M, finished off evenly.

After the event, J Orman stated that his instructions were to either lead or hold an on-pace position. He said despite riding his mount along in the early stages GOLDEN LUCK did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position.

Jumped with them, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 5 lengths back turning in, failed to make any progress in straight.

Shifted out at the start and was bumped.

Out with rest, sat right behind the leader on the inside, same position on turn, showed limited response early in straight, weakened gradually final 150M.

Near the 550 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by TOP THRONE which lay in when racing greenly despite the efforts of its rider.

Jumped well from gate 10, tracked leaders, 3 wide, there to turn, showed very good response in straight, hit the front 150M, kept on well to the line and scored.

On jumping was bumped by DRALA which shifted out slightly. After the event, K De Melo stated that when he was concerned there was something amiss with his mount in the Home Straight he did not ride it out. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, FOXHUNTER KING will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination which must include additional diagnostic assessments.

After arriving at the starting gates was examined by the Veterinary Officer, found to be lame in the left front leg and was not suitable to race. Acting on this advice INVINCIBLE LUCKY was withdrawn by order of the Stewards. Before being allowed to race again, INVINCIBLE LUCKY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
