Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded between CALIFORNIA ICON and WOODFIRE CHAMP which shifted in slightly. Sent for sampling post-race.

Out in line, raced slightly better than midfield, 3-1/2L back turning in, showed good response in straight, took the lead approaching 100M, kept on well but unable to hold off the winner on line.

Moderately away from gate 1, raced behind midfield on the inside, 2 wide turning in, no clear run 300M to 250M, made good progress thereafter to take a place, no threat to the first two.

Between the 300 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned behind STERLING WONGCHOY.

Taken back from a wide draw, raced at tail, 11 lengths back, still 9 lengths back turning in, made very good progress in straight to make frame.

Jumped awkwardly, raced in midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, showed some response early in straight, no clear run near 200M, ran on evenly to the line.

Jumped awkwardly. Approaching the 900 Metres was eased to avoid STERLING WONGCHOY which shifted in. MIU FA FA then commenced to race keenly and was steadied away from STERLING WONGCHOY for some distance thereafter. Between the 250 Metres and the 150 Metres was held up for clear running behind DAY DAY VICTORY.

Crowded start, positioned 2-1/2L behind the leader on the inside, saved ground throughout, peaked early in straight, weakened inside final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Crowded at the start. After the event, B Avdulla stated that the only explanation he could offer for the disappointing performance was that SAME TO YOU races best when being able to dictate terms in front. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Shifted in at start and made contact, raced in 2nd, 1-3/4L back turning in, peaked early in straight, weakened inside final furlong.

After the event, K H Chan reported that his mount did not show the necessary pace to hold a more forward position and as a result raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. He added that near the 200 Metres his whip broke and as a result he was unable to ride his mount out with the whip from that point. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
