Made contact at start, raced towards rear on the outside, 5 lengths back, very wide into straight, finished off well to make frame without threatening.

Shifted out on jumping and made contact with the hindquarters of MR VALIANT, resulting in MR VALIANT then being turned in and crowding VIGOR ELLEEGANT for a short distance thereafter. After the 1100 Metres was checked when crowded between OWNERS’ PRAISE (L Hewitson) which shifted out slightly and MR VALIANT which raced tight to the inside of PRIME MORTAR (Y L Chung) when that runner lay in and away from CRYSTAL POWERFUL (A Atzeni) when CRYSTAL POWERFUL was commencing to shift in. L Hewitson, Y L Chung and A Atzeni were all advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances.

Jumped well from a wide draw, sent forward to race prominently, took the lead approaching 900M, led by 3/4L turning in, peaked and headed 200M, weakened gradually final 100M.

After travelling a short distance was steadied when crowded between VIGOR ELLEEGANT and OWNERS’ PRAISE. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Quickly into stride, took the early lead, headed approaching 900M, 2nd on turn, peaked early in straight, weakened and eased final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped awkwardly and was bumped shortly after. Near the 1000 Metres was steadied away from PRIME MORTAR which shifted out.

Taken back from gate 9, raced at tail, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, made very good progress in straight to take a place, nearest finish. (See Racing Incidents.)

After the event, L Hewitson stated that the instructions were to ride his mount in a more conservative manner in the early stages, however, OWNERS’ PRAISE jumped well and raced in a more forward position without being pressured to do so. He added, in his opinion, OWNERS’ PRAISE would be better suited by being ridden further back in the field.

Began well from gate 1, positioned 2 lengths behind the leader on rail, saved ground on turn, angled out 350M, made some progress early in straight, peaked 100M, weakened gradually thereafter.

From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Noted to have bled from both nostrils after the race. As this was the second occasion that HIGH PERCENTAGE had bled, the horse is permanently barred from any further racing.

Made contact at start, raced at rear on the inside, 5 lengths or so back, showed limited response early in straight, weakened inside final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

On jumping was bumped on the hindquarters and became unbalanced. After the 1100 Metres was crowded for room when racing keenly and as a result became unbalanced. In the middle stages raced keenly and for some distance after the 900 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from OWNERS’ PRAISE.

Bumped start, raced 3 wide in midfield early, 2 wide from 900M, 3 lengths back turning in, finished off well to take 2nd without threatening the winner.

Jumped only fairly and then bumped with YOUNG HORIZON. After the 1100 Metres, when racing keenly, was shifted in, made contact with MR VALIANT and then was steadied to avoid CRYSTAL POWERFUL for some distance thereafter. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
