Stewards' Comments
Settled down in mid-division 6Ls off leader, travelled well turning for home, had to shift to outside for clear running mid-straight before getting home strongly to lead near line.

Shortly after the start was bumped by MAX QUE which shifted in. Sent for sampling post-race.
Reserved in midfield 5Ls off the steady pace, quickened up well in the straight to be challenging for the lead, in front near 150M but couldn't hold off winner final stages.
Incident Report
Shifted in at the start and was bumped. Sent for sampling post-race.
From draw 1 moved up to race in 5th, always close enough to leaders, shifted out from fence passing 500M, ran on well final 300M to take 3rd.
Incident Report
After the 200 Metres shifted in and away from MAX QUE and made contact with CALIFORNIATOTALITY.
Soon led setting steady pace in front under 10lb claimer, headed 350M but refused to give in, fought bravely to the line for a respectable 4th .
Incident Report
No report.
Went forward from a wide draw and obtained a position outside the leader, gained narrow lead 350M, kept battling but was outpaced by rivals final 150M.
Incident Report
K Teetan reported that he was requested by connections to go forward from his wide barrier. He said after riding his mount along in the early stages to comply with his instructions he was able to obtain a position outside the leader SOLEIL FIGHTER.
Stayed close enough behind leaders, moved up to challenge 400M, badly crowded between rivals 150M before fading away over concluding stages.
Incident Report
Approaching the 200 Metres was bumped on the hindquarters. After the 200 Metres was badly crowded between SAGACIOUS LIFE and SILVERY BREEZE.
Chased the pace along the inside, loomed behind leaders early straight, improved into a narrow run mid-straight but was badly checked nearing 100M and lost his chance.
Incident Report
Approaching the 200 Metres shifted out to improve into a narrow run between CALIFORNIATOTALITY and PACKING ANGEL. A short distance later CALIFORNIATOTALITY shifted in slightly, resulting in SAGACIOUS LIFE making contact with CALIFORNIATOTALITY. Leaving the 200 Metres SILVERY BREEZE (M F Poon) then shifted in and away from MAX QUE and made contact with CALIFORNIATOTALITY which resulted in CALIFORNIATOTALITY being taken in and making contact with SAGACIOUS LIFE, causing SAGACIOUS LIFE to be checked when crowded between PACKING ANGEL and CALIFORNIATOTALITY. Approaching the 100 Metres MAX QUE (A Badel) then shifted in, taking SILVERY BREEZE in onto CALIFORNIATOTALITY, causing further crowding to SAGACIOUS LIFE as it was being checked. M F Poon and A Badel were reprimanded and advised they must stop riding and straighten their mounts when they shift ground whilst not clear. J Moreira was advised he must ensure there is sufficient room when improving into runs. Sent for sampling post-race.
Jumped awkwardly and lost ground, raced in second half of the field 8Ls off leader, kept on same pace in the straight and never able to trouble leaders.
Incident Report
Jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
Began awkwardly from wide draw then dropped back to race in last spot over 10Ls off leader, still in clear last top of the straight, ran past well beaten horses only.
Incident Report
Jumped awkwardly. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Taken back from wide draw and settled near last in a steadily run race, had 5Ls to make up 400M but responded only fairly. (Jockey - better suited by being stepped up in distance / Blood in trachea.)
Incident Report
M L Yeung stated that, in his opinion, the horse would be suited by being stepped up in distance but was disadvantaged by the middle stages being run outside of standard time. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, NAUTICAL FORCE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Away awkwardly, reserved behind midfield 7-8Ls off leader, failed to pick up pace in the straight, eased when no chance.
Incident Report
Jumped awkwardly.
Settled towards the rear 9-10Ls off the pace in early and middle stages, couldn't go on passing 400M, no extra mid-straight and weakened rapidly. (No Vet findings.)
Incident Report
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Incident Report
Withdrawn on 11.7.26 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (fever). Before being allowed to race again, CAP FERRAT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
