Moderately away, sent forward to take the lead, led by 4 lengths turning in, kicked clear early in straight, kept on very well, easily scored, very impressive.

Making the turn near the 900 Metres bumped with HARMONY N BLESSED due to both runners shifting ground. Sent for sampling post-race.

Out in line, raced 2 wide in midfield, 6 lengths back turning in, made some progress in straight to take 2nd, no threat to the winner. (See Racing Incidents.)

Slipped in the saddling stalls, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race. Sent for sampling post-race.

Shifted out at start and made contact, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 7 lengths back turning in, made some progress in straight to take a place.

Jumped only fairly and then was checked to avoid RED SEA which was taken out. Had difficulty obtaining clear running approaching the 300 Metres. Trainer M Newnham confirmed that from a wide barrier he had instructed for the horse to be ridden in a conservative manner in the early stages.

Taken back to race 2 wide towards rear, 8 lengths or so back turning in, taken wide in straight and made minor progress.

On jumping became unbalanced when bumped by SPICY STANDARD. J Orman reported that his mount was not comfortable on the "Good to Yielding” track conditions. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped with them, raced in midfield on the outside, no cover in the middle stages, peaked on run 500M, weakened gradually in straight.

Kicked a rail on entering the track, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race. The performance of IGOR STRAVINSKY, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, IGOR STRAVINSKY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
