Commenced well, raced 2 wide better than midfield, 3 wide after passing 450M, no clear run early in straight, cleared approaching 150M, hit the front 75M, kept on well to the line and scored. (Dead-Heat)

Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres was held up for clear running when endeavouring to improve into a narrow run between MATTERS MOST and STRAIGHT TO GLORY. Sent for sampling post-race.

Hampered shortly after start, raced at rear on the inside, 2 wide from 700M, 4 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight, crowded close home. (See Racing Incidents.)

C L Chau reported that the instructions were to go forward. He said his mount jumped a little awkwardly and shortly after the start stumbled and following this did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position.

Jumped with them, sent forward to take the lead, challenged by rivals on turn, peaked and headed 300M, weakened final 200M. (See Racing Incidents.) (Mucus in trachea.)

Slow to begin. In the Home Straight lay in and over the final 50 Metres could not be ridden out to the finish when held up behind ARGENTO OCEAN.

Taken back to race towards rear on the outside, moved a bit closer after passing 750M, very wide turning in, finished off strongly to gain a dead heat victory. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped only fairly. When commencing to finish the race off became held up for clear running approaching the 100 Metres behind LUCKY PLANET when that runner commenced to give ground. After being shifted to the outside of LUCKY PLANET, MASTEROFMYUNIVERSE could not be ridden out over the final 100 Metres when held up behind MATTERS MOST and LUCY IN THE SKY. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Made contact at start, raced behind midfield, 4 lengths back turning in, failed to close off in straight.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Blundered shortly after start, tracked leaders on the outside, challenged the leader turning in, took the lead early in straight, peaked and headed 75M, weakened gradually thereafter.

M F Poon reported that his mount was able to lead the event but failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
