Jumped only fairly. In the middle stages raced keenly. Approaching the 700 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from HAPPY INDEX. Between the 300 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of JUBILANT WINNER and HAPPY INDEX.

Made contact at start, raced slightly better than midfield on the middle track, hard ridden approaching 300M, finished off evenly.

Near the 300 Metres was eased to avoid HEAVING when it shifted in towards HEAVING as HEAVING was improving to the outside of JUBILANT WINNER. M Guyon reported that with blinkers being applied for the first time he was able to hold a more forward position from a favourable barrier.
