Bumped shortly after the start. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 150 Metres made contact with RUN RUN TIMING when held up for clear running between RUN RUN TIMING and WISEMAN.

Moderately away from gate 1, raced better than midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, kept on well early in straight, peaked approaching 150M, ran on evenly to the line.

Began only fairly, raced towards rear, 5 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, no clear run early in straight, cleared approaching 200M, made good progress thereafter to take 2nd. (See Racing Incidents.)

Shifted in at the start and was bumped. B Avdulla reported that his mount was disadvantaged during the race by being pressured in the lead by ATOMIC BEAUTY and finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight. Sent for sampling post-race.

Began only fairly and bumped, raced at tail, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, very wide into straight, made good progress in the run home without threatening.

Near the 400 Metres was bumped when taken wider by RUN RUN TIMING which shifted out. C Y Ho stated that whilst his preference was to hold a forward position he was given the option to settle where his mount was comfortable. He said after being crowded at the start VERBIER settled in a midfield position. He added that in the early and middle stages VERBIER raced keenly and did not settle.

Slightly slow out, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1/4L turning in, kept on well early in straight, peaked and headed 150M, ran on evenly, lost 2nd on line.

Near the 200 Metres was steadied when crowded between SUPREME WINNER which was taken in slightly by WISEMAN (D B McMonagle) which shifted in and ATOMIC BEAUTY (A Atzeni) which shifted out and away from ALL EYES ON ME when giving ground. Both D B McMonagle and A Atzeni were advised to exercise more care.

Blundered on jumping, raced 3 wide in midfield, no cover on turn, finished off evenly. (See Racing Incidents.)

Bumped on jumping. K Teetan reported that his mount raced too keenly in the early and middle stages and as a result did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began well from the widest draw, unable to slot in early, slightly taken back after passing 1100M, raced behind midfield on the outside, 5 lengths back turning in, weakened early in straight.

Shifted in at the start and was bumped. A Atzeni stated that when caught wide in the early stages he was obliged to make use of his mount to go forward to avoid covering additional ground. He said as a consequence ATOMIC BEAUTY gave ground when under pressure in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped only fairly and then was bumped by BIG STRIDE which shifted in.

Began well from a tricky gate, raced prominently on the outside, 1/4L back turning in, kept on well early in straight, peaked 200M, weakened thereafter. (See Racing Incidents.)

Shifted in on jumping and was bumped. The performance of BIG STRIDE, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, BIG STRIDE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
