Jumped well, sent forward to take the lead, travelled well to turn, kept on strongly in straight, won comfortably.

Began well from a wide draw, taken back to race towards rear on the outside, 4 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight to take 2nd, no threat to the winner.

Leaving the 450 Metres was bumped on a number of occasions by SUPER DRAGON which shifted out, resulting in TURIN CHAMPIONS becoming unbalanced and shifting in. H Bowman pleaded guilty to a careless riding charge for causing interference approaching the 200 Metres (see SUPER DRAGON). Sent for sampling post-race.

Moderately away, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 3 wide turning in, made some progress early in straight, peaked on run 100M, ran on evenly to the line.

Began only fairly from a wide draw, raced 2 wide towards rear, angled out 450M, unable to obtain clear run early in straight, hampered near 200M, made minor progress final 100M. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped only fairly. Near the 750 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by TURIN CHAMPIONS which shifted in when racing greenly before being corrected by its rider H Bowman. H Bowman was reprimanded and advised in similar circumstances he would be expected to straighten his mounts sooner than what he did on this occasion. Leaving the 450 Metres endeavoured to shift out to obtain clear running to the outside of CROSSBORDERDUDE and as a result made contact with TURIN CHAMPIONS on a number of occasions. When SUPER DRAGON was prevented from shifting out by TURIN CHAMPIONS, SUPER DRAGON then was checked when disappointed for clear running. Z Purton, rider of SUPER DRAGON, was advised to exercise more care. H Bowman (TURIN CHAMPIONS) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding [Rule 100(1)] in that approaching the 200 Metres he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of SUPER DRAGON, resulting in SUPER DRAGON having to be checked when it lost its running to the inside of TURIN CHAMPIONS. H Bowman was suspended from riding in races for one Hong Kong raceday to be conducted on Sunday, 18 January 2026 at Sha Tin. In assessing penalty, the Stewards determined the carelessness grade 2 and the consequences grade 2 and also considered his excellent race riding record.

Jumped only fairly. Held up for clear running between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres. Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out to the finish of the event when held up behind JUST FOLLOW ME.

Away with them, raced 2 wide in midfield, 3 lengths or so back turning in, unable to obtain clear run until approaching final 100M, weakened thereafter.

Approaching the 200 Metres was steadied to avoid CROSSBORDERDUDE (B Avdulla) which shifted in before being corrected by its rider. B Avdulla was reprimanded.

Made contact with the right side of the starting gate on jumping, taken back to race towards rear on the inside, saved ground on turn, no clear run until approaching final 50M, made no progress thereafter.

Made contact with the right side of the starting gate on jumping. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Between the 350 Metres and the 250 Metres was held up for clear running. For a short distance approaching the 100 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of BLASTED TALENT.

Bumped start and unbalanced, raced 3 wide with cover in midfield, similar position on turn, showed limited response early in straight, weakened final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Bumped on jumping and became unbalanced. Near the 550 Metres became unbalanced when momentarily crowded between FALCON HUNTER and GORGEOUS VICTORY which shifted in slightly. K C Leung reported that under its top weight of 135 lbs MOTOR did not run out the 1400 Metres of today’s race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Slowly away, raced at rear throughout, never a factor.
