Bumped start, raced in midfield on the inside, angled out after passing 450M, 3 lengths or so back turning in, finished off very strongly to score.

Fast into stride, sent forward to take the lead, led by 3/4L turning in, kept on well early in straight, peaked and headed 75M, ran on evenly to take 2nd.

Taken back from the widest draw, raced 2 wide at rear, 7 lengths or so back turning in, made some progress early in straight, blocked approaching 150M, cleared 100M, finished off well to take a place.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. For a short distance near the 150 Metres was held up for clear running behind EVER SMART.

Bumped start, raced 2 wide behind midfield, travelled keenly in the early stages, found rail near 700M, saved ground on turn, made some progress in straight, no threat to the first few.

K Teetan reported that in the early stages when unable to cross SKY SONG he elected to come back to follow that runner which resulted in his mount settling further back in the field than what he had intended.

Shifted in at the start and made contact with EVER SMART. H Bentley stated that he was instructed to take up a forward position. He said SONIC BOOM was unable to show sufficient pace in the early stages to cross runners to his inside which resulted in his mount racing wide and without cover for the majority of the event. He added that as a consequence SONIC BOOM was unable to finish the race off when under pressure in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped with them, sent forward to race prominently, 2 wide, 3/4L back turning in, peaked early in straight, weakened final 150M.

Bumped at the start. Passing the 100 Metres was steadied to avoid BRILLIANT FIRE (D Probert) which shifted out. D Probert was advised to exercise more care and to stop riding and straighten his mounts sooner when they shift ground whilst not clear. L Hewitson could offer no excuse for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
