Taken back from gate 9, raced behind midfield, difficult to settle, checked and dropped towards rear near 1350M, raced 3 wide behind midfield in the middle stages, 6 lengths or so back turning in, failed to close off in straight.

Shifted in near the 1100 Metres and was bumped. Sent for sampling post-race.

Began only fairly, taken back to race towards rear on the inside, saved ground throughout, 8 lengths or so back turning in, kept to inside after straightening and finished off strongly to take 2nd, no threat to the winner.

Jumped only fairly. Leaving the 700 Metres was bumped by ETALON OR. Sent for sampling post-race.

Out with rest, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1-1/2L turning in, kicked clear early in straight, kept on very well to the line, won comfortably.

Crowded shortly after the start. In the middle stages raced keenly and leaving the 700 Metres shifted out and made contact with TOP DRAGON when being steadied away from FORZA TORO.

Bumped start, trapped wide behind midfield, moved closer after passing 1200M, raced 3 wide, 1-1/2L back on turn, peaked early in straight, ran on evenly to the line.

Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. M Guyon was warned in relation to using his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height near the 300 Metres.

Shortly after the start was bumped and became unbalanced. Over the final 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running and as a result could not be fully ridden out to the finish of the race.

Out in line, raced 4 wide with cover behind midfield, no cover from 800M, 4 lengths back turning in, finished off well to take a place without threatening.

Bumped at the start. Near the 1100 Metres became unbalanced when bumped by LITTLE PARADISE which shifted in slightly. A Atzeni was warned in relation to using his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height near the 300 Metres.

Began well from gate 1, raced in midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, kept on evenly in straight.

Bumped at the start. For some distance after the 450 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned behind GUMMY GUMMY. Over the final 50 Metres could not be fully ridden out when held up between GHORGAN and BUCEPHALAS.

Made contact shortly after start, raced 2 wide in midfield early, dropped towards rear after entering the back straight, found rail 750M, angled out 450M, 8Ls back turning in, failed to make any progress in straight.

Shifted out at the start and made contact with LUCKY SAM GOR. J Orman stated that from a wide barrier he was asked to take up a handy position but after commencing well as KA YING ATTACK was positioned wide he elected to go forward and lead to avoid racing wide. Trainer D J Hall confirmed the instructions and stated that he issued those instructions as he was of the view that there was less pace in this race as compared to the horse’s first up run on 26 October 2025.

Made contact at start, raced 2 wide better than midfield early, dropped to midfield near 800M, 5 lengths back turning in, peaked early in straight, weakened thereafter.

Jumped awkwardly and then was crowded shortly after the start. After travelling a short distance was bumped by ETALON OR which shifted in and away from LITTLE PARADISE. Approaching the 1000 Metres was eased when racing tight to the inside of GRATIFIDE which was racing tight to the inside of TOP DRAGON.

Began well, raced better than midfield on the inside, dropped to midfield on turn, showed limited response early in straight, weakened gradually inside final furlong.

Shifted in shortly after the start and made contact with ETALON OR. When questioned regarding his riding in the Home Straight R Kingscote stated that soon after entering the Home Straight he was mindful of ETALON OR being positioned to his inside and in advance of him looking to shift out. He said once ETALON OR had cleared him near the 300 Metres he then had GUMMY GUMMY improve to his inside and made contact with GRATIFIDE as GUMMY GUMMY endeavoured to shift out. He said as a consequence between the 300 Metres and the 100 Metres he did not use the whip on the horse and when he was satisfied that GRATIFIDE was giving its best during this section of the race he did not see it necessary to increase his vigour. He added that when he was satisfied he was not in a position to interfere with GUMMY GUMMY he was able to apply more vigour to the horse, particularly over the concluding stages. The Stewards noted the explanation provided by Jockey Kingscote and advised him that, wherever possible, he should ensure that he fully tests his mounts to obtain the best possible placing in the field.

Away well, trapped wide in midfield early, sent forward after entering the back straight, raced in 2nd, 2 wide in the middle stages, peaked 400M, weakened final 250M.

Y L Chung stated that his mount enjoyed a comfortable run during the race but responded only fairly to his riding in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
