Incident Report
Jumped only fairly. Near the 400 Metres lay in and as a result was steadied to avoid CHEER FOR SOUTH. Near the 200 Metres was bumped by GENERAL SMART which shifted out. As a result HAPPY TANGO then could not be ridden out for some distance thereafter when positioned close to SANTORINI. Trainer Y S Tsui advised the instructions were to take up a more forward position but despite being ridden along in the early stages failed to show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position.
