K Teetan stated that his mount gave ground badly in the Home Straight and he had some concerns that there may have been something amiss with it. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. The performance of GIMME FIVE was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, GIMME FIVE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Bounded on jumping, shifted out and made contact with REZEKI. The performance of BILLION TWO, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. As this was the third occasion the horse had tailed out, BILLION TWO will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in consecutive barrier trials and be subjected to an official veterinary examination which must include additional diagnostic assessments. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
