BON HOFFA was trained by Wendy Kelly with a record of 9 wins and 3 seconds in 23 starts including G1 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes in 2007 and G3 Bobbie Lewis Quality for twice. He started his stud life in 2009 with 5 runners won the black type races while BON AURUM who owned by the same owner, took the trophy of Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes in 2016. BON HOFFA has been retired from stud since 2022. VIEW OF COSMOS was trained by Alex Oliveira in New Zealand and took part in 3 barrier trials. He settled at rear throughout to finish 7th in an 800M section (29th Apr 2025), then led early but headed late for 2nd in an 950M synthetic trial (16th May 2025), sat handy early and ran on for 3rd when asked in an 1100M trial (9th Jun 2025) on soft going. Same sire runners ran on well in sprint races and two of his half-brothers won from 1000M to 1250M. The bay gelding should be most effective mile or under in distance while dirt is fine.
