Commenced well, positioned 1 to 2 lengths behind the leader on the stands' side, hard ridden after passing 300M, showed very good response, took the lead approaching 150M, kept on very well to the line, easily scored.

Lost its left front plate whilst proceeding to the starting gates, was replated and passed suitable to start by the Veterinary Officer. Sent for sampling post-race.

After the event L Ferraris reported that his mount, which was dropping back in distance to 1000 Metres today, did not travel well during the race and did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Bumped start, raced behind midfield, nearer to the middle track, 4 to 5 lengths back at 400M, weakened final 300M.

Jumped only fairly and was bumped shortly after the start. Raced greenly and lay in for some distance leaving the 400 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Bumped on the hindquarters soon after the start, raced better than midfield, peaked on run 500M, weakened 300M, eased final 150M.

Bumped on the hindquarters soon after the start. Near the 450 Metres shifted in and was bumped. The performance of GREAT LOOKING, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, GREAT LOOKING will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
