Shifted in at start and bumped, raced 2 wide at rear, 7 to 8 lengths back turning in, one-paced in the run home.

Bumped shortly after the start. Was left racing wide and without cover from the 600 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race.

Bumped start, raced 2 wide towards rear, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, made good progress in straight to be nearest on line.

After the event C L Chau reported that from the outside barrier he was instructed to take up an on-pace position. He said such instructions were issued as connections felt it was advantageous to race in a forward position tonight. Trainer C S Shum confirmed the instructions issued and said he was of the view that there was not strong pace in the race and that MY DAY MY WAY had shown speed in its barrier trial on 20 May 2025 when it performed well. Sent for sampling post-race.

Away with them, raced 2 wide better than midfield, travelled well to turn, showed good response in straight, took the lead 150M, kept on strongly to the line and scored.

Near the 100 Metres was steadied and shifted to the outside of CRYSTAL POWERFUL to continue into clear running. After the event Y L Chung stated that with the horse receiving pressure in the early stages from CRYSTAL POWERFUL it did not appreciate racing inside that horse and as a result finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight.

Average to begin, positioned 2 lengths behind the leader, saved ground on turn, kept on well in straight to take 2nd, no threat to the winner.

Shortly after the start was crowded between YOUNG ARROW and CALIFORNIA DEEPLY, both of which shifted ground. After the event H Bentley reported that his mount travelled only fairly during the race and finished off in a one-paced manner in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped well, raced in 2nd, 1-1/2L back turning in, showed limited response early in straight, peaked 200M, weakened thereafter. (See Racing Incidents.)
