After the event A Atzeni stated that his mount, which was having its first start on the All Weather Track, may not have appreciated racing on this surface. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

After the event Apprentice P N Wong stated that her instructions were to go forward. She said when caught wide in the early stages she was unable to cross runners to her inside and as a result NATURAL HIGH raced very wide and without cover before giving ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Shifted out at start and bumped, raced 2 wide behind midfield, there to turn, peaked early in straight, weakened 300M, eased inside final furlong.

After the event A Badel stated that his mount was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event and gave ground in the Home Straight when it raced "flat”.
