The Department of Veterinary Regulation Welfare and Biosecurity Policy (DVRWBP) have advised the Stewards that ZETTA FORCE, which finished 6th in the aforementioned race, was subject to an endoscopic examination after the race at the request of trainer T P Yung. The Veterinary Surgeon advised this examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. However, due to an administrative error, the finding was not reported to the Stewards during the racemeeting. Subsequently, the DVRWBP have required ZETTA FORCE to pass an official veterinary examination prior to racing again, which was satisfactorily completed on Monday, 28 April 2025. The DVRWBP have implemented remedial measures to ensure the accuracy of the process in future.

Began well, sent forward to race prominently on the stands' rail, led by 1/4L at 400M, kept on well to the line and scored by a narrow margin.

From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 900 Metres was steadied when racing tight between POSITIVE SMILE and ACROSS DA UNIVERSE, both of which shifted ground slightly. A short distance later, GLUCK RACER was checked to avoid ACE when that runner gave ground.

Jumped only fairly, taken back to race at rear on the stands' rail, 2-3/4L back at 400M, finished off very strongly to take 2nd, just beaten by a narrow margin.

Jumped only fairly. After the event, J Orman stated that his mount raced greenly throughout the race and near the 900 Metres shifted in and away from C YEAH and made contact with LESLIE and then over-reacted to that contact. As a result, ACE shifted out and was checked when awkwardly placed close to the heels of C YEAH which shifted in slightly.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

As the start was effected reared simultaneously and as a result lost ground on jumping. The barrier manners of DRALA were considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, DRALA will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial.

Began awkwardly and made contact, raced towards rear, 3 lengths or so back, failed to make any progress final 400M.

After the event, M F Poon reported that with the early and middle stages of the event being run inside of standard time his mount was under pressure throughout the race before giving ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
