Away well, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 3 wide from 500M, very wide into straight, one-paced in the run home.

Began only fairly, positioned 3 lengths behind the leader on the inside, there to turn, finished off strongly, just beaten by a narrow margin.

Lay out over the concluding stages. When questioned, A Badel stated that his instructions were to allow his mount to settle to ensure that it finished the race off. He said from barrier 2 BEAUTY INFINITY jumped well and obtained a more forward position than expected without having to be pressured to do so. Sent for sampling post-race.

Began smartly, sent forward to take the lead, travelled well to turn, peaked and headed 200M, weakened final 100M.

Making the first turn hung in, resulting in its rider A Hamelin having to correct his mount. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. When questioned, A Hamelin stated that his mount hung in throughout the event. He added that in the Home Straight he was placed at a disadvantage when NORDIC DRAGON continued to hang in and proved difficult to ride out.

Moderately away, raced 2 wide in midfield, weakened from 550M, eased early in straight. (See Racing Incidents.)

After the 250 Metres was steadied when crowded between ROMANTIC SON (H Bentley) and NORDIC DRAGON (A Hamelin), both of which shifted ground slightly. Both H Bentley and A Hamelin were advised to exercise more care. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <6/3/2025 Additional Veterinary Report> After the race, YOUNG EMPEROR was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. YOUNG EMPEROR was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer D Eustace this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, YOUNG EMPEROR will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Began well, sat a length behind the leader on rail, there to turn, showed good response in straight took the lead 200M, kept on well to the line, just held on.

Made contact at start, trapped wide in midfield early, moved a bit closer after passing 1600M, 2 lengths or so back in the middle stages, peaked on run 500M, weakened final 400M.

After the event, R Moore stated that his mount jumped only fairly and despite riding it along was unable to take up a more forward position. He said SUNNY DA BEST did not travel well throughout the event and responded only fairly when placed under pressure in the Home Straight which he attributed to the racing surface in his opinion being loose due to the race being run in light rain. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped awkwardly, made contact with the left side of its barrier and lost ground, positioned 4 to 5 lengths behind the leader on the inside, saved ground on turn, taken wide in straight and finished off well to take a place.

Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Made contact shortly after start, raced in 2nd, 2 wide, dropped towards rear from 550M, eased early in straight. (See Racing Incidents.)

Incident Report
Jumped awkwardly, made contact with the right side of its barrier and lost ground. Near the 600 Metres was briefly tightened by SUNNY DA BEST which shifted in and away from NORDIC DRAGON. MIGHTY COMMANDER then continued to race tight to the inside of SUNNY DA BEST for a short distance thereafter. In the Home Straight lay in.
