Began well, raced slightly behind midfield on the middle track, hard ridden from 350M but only showed limited response, weakened final 100M.

Bumped at the start. Raced wide and without cover in the early stages and after the 1500 Metres was taken wider by AWESOME FLUKE which shifted out. ROMANTIC THOR was then able to obtain cover behind WINNING DRAGON near the 1400 Metres. Lay in under pressure making the Home Turn and in the Home Straight.

Bumped shortly after start, raced towards rear, nearer to the middle track, no clear run until approaching 200M, showed limited response thereafter. (See Racing Incidents.)

Between the 450 Metres and the 350 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.

Moderately away from gate 14, positioned a length behind the leader on the stands' rail, took the lead 250M, kept on very well to the line and scored.

Taken back from gate 1, raced towards rear on the middle track, 4 lengths back at 400M, finished off evenly.

After the 1500 Metres commenced to race keenly and was shifted out when being steadied away from WINNING DRAGON. As a result, AWESOME FLUKE was then allowed to stride forward and race outside the lead. AWESOME FLUKE then continued to race keenly in the middle stages.

Bumped shortly after start, raced in midfield, made contact 350M, kept on evenly to the line.

Out with rest, raced towards rear, 2 away from the stands' rail, unable to obtain clear run until 200M, finished off strongly to take 2nd.
