Began fairly, raced 2 wide towards rear, moved a bit closer after passing 800M, 3 lengths back on turn but 4 wide, weakened early in straight, eased final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

On jumping was steadied when crowded between CALIFORNIA DEEPLY and YOUNG HORIZON which jumped awkwardly and shifted out. Shifted in between the 200 Metres and the 50 Metres when being ridden out. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped awkwardly and shifted out. In the early stages raced ungenerously when being shifted across behind runners. Held up for clear running making the Home Turn. Near the 150 Metres improved into a tight run between CIRCUIT DUFFY and TEAM HAPPY and as a result made contact with TEAM HAPPY. Over the concluding stages raced in restricted room between CIRCUIT DUFFY and TOP TIME which shifted in.

Began fairly, raced in 4th, 2 wide, 7 lengths back in the middle stages, closer on turn, kept on same pace in straight.

Leaving the 100 Metres became unbalanced when bumped by KOKUSHI MUSOU which was steadied when taken in by TOP TIME (K De Melo). K De Melo was severely reprimanded and advised that he must stop riding and straighten his mounts when they shift ground whilst not clear.

Made contact at start, raced in 3rd, saved ground throughout, showed limited response early in straight, weakened final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Bumped near the 150 Metres.

Slightly slow out and crowded, raced slightly behind midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, made some progress early in straight, peaked 150M, weakened final 100M. (See Racing Incidents.)

Steadied leaving the 100 Metres.

Taken back from gate 9, raced at rear, 11 lengths back in the middle stages, commenced move 650M, 3 to 4 lengths back turning in, finished off strongly to take 2nd, just beaten by a head. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped awkwardly. After the event, L Ferraris reported that his mount hung out in the middle stages around the turns and as a result during that section of the race ran wide.

Stood flat-footed as the start was effected and lost ground, raced at rear, 5 lengths back turning in, failed to make any progress in straight.

Bumped heavily at the start. Had some difficulty obtaining clear running approaching the 300 Metres. After the event, M F Poon reported that his mount raced too keenly in the early and middle stages and as a consequence did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Shifted in at start and made contact, sent forward to take the lead, went clear halfway, led by 1-1/4L turning in, kept on well to hold off the challengers.

Bumped after travelling a short distance. Raced wide and without cover from the 550 Metres. Steadied near the 50 Metres. After the event, H Bowman reported that his mount raced too keenly in the early and middle stages and as a consequence did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Fast into stride, raced in 2nd, 4 lengths back in the middle stages, closer on turn, 1-1/4L back at 400M, kept on well in straight, inconvenienced near 50M, ran on evenly thereafter.

Incident Report
Raced greenly during the event and lay in making the Home Turn and in the Home Straight. After the event, B Thompson reported that his intention was to hold a forward position from the outside barrier, but his mount bounded on jumping and lost ground and as a result settled further back.

Moderately away, raced 2 wide slightly behind midfield, 2 to 3 lengths back turning in, kept on well in straight to take a place, always held.

When giving ground near the 100 Metres was eased when crowded between TEAM HAPPY and THE PERFECT MATCH, both of which shifted ground.
