Out in line, trapped very wide in midfield early, slightly taken back after passing 1000M, raced 3 wide with cover behind midfield in the middle stages, very wide turning in, made minor progress in straight.

Shortly after the start was badly crowded for room between PRINCE ALEX which was taken out by SMART ZIPANG and APOLAR FIGHTER which shifted in despite the efforts of its rider. Making the Home Turn was checked when badly held up for clear running behind SMART ZIPANG and did not obtain clear running until near the 350 Metres.

Out with rest, raced in midfield, 3 wide, carried wider approaching 400M, very wide into straight and lost place, finished off evenly.

Bumped shortly after start, raced 2 wide better than midfield early, found rail near 800M, saved ground on turn, unable to obtain clear run until final 50M, finished off well to take 2nd.

Jumped only fairly. For some distance near the 1500 Metres commenced to race keenly when being shifted behind APOLAR FIGHTER to obtain cover. Approaching the 300 Metres improved into a tight run between WAH MAY WAI WAI and SOLAR GOGO which was giving ground and as a result made contact with WAH MAY WAI WAI on a number of occasions. After the event, A Atzeni stated that the intention was to be a little closer in the run but from an awkward barrier he was obliged to race back in the field. He said COURIER MAGIC raced keenly through the early and middle stages and after racing tight near the 300 Metres finished the race off well. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped with them, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1/2L turning in, peaked and headed 200M, weakened final 50M.

In the early stages got its head up and raced ungenerously when being attempted to be shifted behind runners. Near the 300 Metres was bumped on the hindquarters on a number of occasions and became unbalanced.

Taken back from a wide draw, raced at tail, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, made good progress in straight to be nearest on line.

Crowded shortly after start, positioned 3 wide, a length or so back, 2 wide from 800M, 3 wide turning in, kept on well in straight to take a place without threatening.

Jumped awkwardly. From the 600 Metres was shifted to the outside of THE DOUBLE EAGLE to improve into the event and raced very wide and without cover thereafter. In the Home Straight lay in when giving ground.
