Slow to begin, taken back to race at rear on the outside, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back turning in, made some progress in the run home.

Slow to begin and was then checked when crowded for room by FUN N FUN TOGETHER which shifted in abruptly before being straightened by its rider.

Lifted front feet on jumping and away tardily, raced behind midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, unable to obtain clear run in straight, eased final 100M. (See Racing Incidents.)

Z Purton reported that his mount resented the kickback in the early and middle stages and once clear in the Home Straight finished the race off well. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <2/4/2026 Additional Veterinary Report> After the race, WOLF COMING was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. WOLF COMING was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C S Shum this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, WOLF COMING will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Began smartly, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1-1/4L turning in, kept on well early in straight, peaked and headed 150M, weakened gradually close home, just stayed on to take 2nd.

A Atzeni stated that his mount was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event and was also up in weights on its last start win. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.

Began well, raced 2 wide, a length or so back, same position on turn, hard ridden after passing 250M, took the lead 150M, kept on strongly to the line, won by 3 lengths.

Made contact with the left side of the barrier on jumping. L Ferraris was of the view his mount was allotted 134 lbs which he felt contributed to it not finishing the race off. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Made contact at start, raced 2 wide behind midfield, similar position on turn, showed limited response early in straight, weakened inside final furlong.
