On jumping was crowded between NOT USUAL PICK and YODA’S CHOICE. Making the Home Turn was shifted out to obtain clear running and near the 350 Metres made contact with FOREVER FOLKS. Near the 300 Metres CALIFORNIA STAR then had difficulty obtaining clear running when improving into a narrow run between FOREVER FOLKS and NO OTHER CHOICE which shifted out. In this incident CALIFORNIA STAR made contact with FOREVER FOLKS and became unbalanced.

Slowly away, raced at rear throughout, never a factor.
