Shifted out on jumping, resulting in its rider having to straighten his mount. In the Home Straight had some difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned to the inside of BABY CRYSTAL.

Bumped on jumping, raced at tail, 8 lengths or so back turning in, made some progress early in straight, no clear run final 100M, eased close home.

Shifted in shortly after start and made contact, positioned 2 lengths behind the leader, same margin back on turn, finished off evenly.

Jumped awkwardly. Between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres lay in as it improved into a narrow run between BRAVE STAR and WONDER KIT.

Bumped on jumping, raced at rear on the outside, 7 lengths or so back turning in, made good progress in straight to make frame without threatening.

Jumped only fairly and then was crowded between MID WINTER WIND and GORGEOUS WIN which was taken out by LADY’S CHOICE. After the event Apprentice E C W Wong stated that after being crowded at the start DANCING CODE settled further back than anticipated and found it difficult to make up ground from back in the field. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Moderately away from gate 1, raced in midfield on the inside, angled out approaching 450M, finished off well to take 2nd without threatening the winner.

On jumping was crowded by WONDER KIT which shifted out despite the efforts of its rider.

Out with rest, raced towards rear on the inside, saved ground on turn, showed limited response early in straight, weakened inside final furlong.

Jumped only fairly. In the early stages raced ungenerously when being shifted across behind runners to obtain cover. Near the 250 Metres was steadied when crowded between DANCING CODE and GORGEOUS WIN (H Bowman) which shifted out. H Bowman was advised to exercise more care.

Average to begin, sent forward to take the lead, led by 1-3/4L turning in, kicked clear early in straight, kept on strongly to the line, easily scored.

Crowded at the start. After the event H Bowman stated that his mount responded only fairly to his riding in the Home Straight and shortened stride during the middle stages of the race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Slightly slow out, raced 2 wide in midfield, 5 lengths back turning in, peaked early in straight, kept on same pace to the line.

Shifted in on jumping and was bumped on the hindquarters. After the event L Hewitson stated that his mount came under pressure at the 500 Metres and did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
