ARDAD was owned by Abdullah Saeed Al Naboodah that trained by John Gosden with 3 wins in 9 starts, winning distance at 1000M. He got his all winners at age 2 where he won on his debut, then claimed listed Windsor Castle Stakes with Robert Havlin on board. After no success in two 1200M G2 races, he landed 1000M G2 Flying Childers Stakes at Doncaster with Frankie Dettori in the saddle and ran on for 9th in Prix de L'Abbaye de Longchamp afterwards. The son of KODIAC made no progress in 3 attempts at age 3 and commenced stud duties, the colt stationed at Overbury Stud with 9 black type winner including 3-time G1 winner PERFECT POWER. His fee in 2026 is GBP£ 7,500. PRESIDENT PEGASUS is sired by precocious stallion ARDAD whose runners ran on well at age 2 in Great Britain and his representative PERFECT POWER also turned as a stud. His dam MINWAH by OASIS DREAM is an unraced while one of her foals GRANDE DAME won twice at 1600M and was 2nd runner up in G1 Sun Chariot Stakes. The bay gelding should be able to handle up to mile in future.
