VESPA, son of ELUSIVE CITY was trained by Johno Benner with a record of 7 wins, 4 seconds and 1 third in 18 starts, including the success in Karaka Million and G1 Diamond Stakes with Mark Du Plessis on board along with G2 Wellington Guineas and 2nd in G1 Waikato Sprint. VESPA joined the stallion roaster in 2016 with six black types contest winners. VESPA now stands in Mainland, China since 2024. JOY CAPITAL was purchased by Upper Bloodstock and Enigma Farm at NZD$ 42,500 in 2023 NZB Karaka Book 2. He was trained by Ben & Ryan Foote in New Zealand and took part in 3 barrier trials where he slightly slow to finished 7th in an 850M trial (30th Apr 2024) on soft going, sat handy after jumped from wide gate, hung out at turn and ran on for 3rd in an 800M section (13th Aug 2024) when asked late on heavy ground, then led all the way to win an 850M trial (18th Nov 2024) on good going. His dam CROCEA won at 1300M and some of her foals could handle up to mile while from HK runner HAPPY SURVEYS with 4 wins over 1200M at Happy Valley is family member. The bay gelding should be a sprinter and no issue at the city track.
