Shifted out shortly after start and made contact, raced behind midfield on the inside, saved ground on turn, kept on evenly early in straight, weakened gradually final 100M. (See Racing Incidents.)

Bumped on the hindquarters shortly after the start. After the 300 Metres was taken in by PLENTIFUL as PARENTS’ LOVE endeavoured to obtain clear running to the inside of PLENTIFUL. For a short distance after the 250 Metres then raced tight to the inside of PLENTIFUL. Sent for sampling post-race.

Shifted out at start and bumped, sent forward to take the lead, led by a length, challenged by rival turning in, kept on very well in straight and scored.

Leaving the 600 Metres was momentarily crowded by REGENCY HAPPY STAR which shifted in slightly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded between PARENTS’ LOVE which was taken in slightly by GOODMANSHIP and REGENCY HAPPY STAR which was taken out by PLENTIFUL when PLENTIFUL shifted out before being corrected by its rider.

Bumped start, raced 2 wide in midfield, there to turn, kept on same pace in straight.

After the event, K C Leung reported that his mount travelled satisfactorily in the lead until the 200 Metres where it commenced to give ground. He added PLENTIFUL would derive benefit from tonight’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began well from gate 1, raced in 2nd, a length or so back, challenged the leader turning in, kept on well in straight but always held.

Taken back from gate 9, raced at tail, 7 lengths back turning in, made no impression in straight.

After the event, L Ferraris reported that his instructions were to endeavour to hold a more forward position, but despite riding his mount along in the early stages it did not show sufficient pace to do so. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Bumped shortly after start, positioned slightly better than midfield on the inside, 2 lengths or so back, saved ground on turn, finished off evenly.

Jumped awkwardly, made contact with MAGIC TRAVELLER and became unbalanced. After the event, Y L Chung stated that as a result of his mount jumping awkwardly and making contact with MAGIC TRAVELLER, he elected to shift PHILOS across behind runners in the early stages.
