Jumped well, raced prominently early, positioned 2 wide better than midfield after passing 900M, 2 lengths back turning in, hit the front 250M, kept on very well in straight to hold off the challenger late.

Average to begin, raced in midfield on the inside, 2 wide turning in, no clear run early in straight, cleared approaching 200M, finished off very strongly to take 2nd, just beaten by a head.

Near the 350 Metres was disappointed for clear running between GALLANT CROWN and SUPERB MOVE which resulted in CIRCUIT FIERY being held up for clear running between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race.

Away well, sent forward to take the early lead, headed near 950M, 2nd in the middle stages, showed some response early in straight, peaked 150M, ran on evenly to the line.

Noted to have blood in the mouth on arrival at the Start. Was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race. In the early stages raced keenly and got its head up.

Jumped with them, raced 2 wide slightly behind midfield, similar position on turn, kept on same pace in straight.

In the early part of the Home Straight lay in and proved reluctant to shift to the outside of SUPERB MOVE. A Hamelin was warned in relation to using his whip forward of the horse’s shoulder.

After the event K De Melo stated that after jumping awkwardly and losing ground his mount never travelled throughout the race and finished the race off only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Jumped awkwardly, raced 3 wide with cover behind midfield, 4 to 5 lengths back turning in, made no impression in straight.

Jumped awkwardly and shortly after the start raced tight to the inside of GALLANT CROWN which shifted in slightly.

Shifted in at start and bumped, sent forward to race prominently, took the lead near 950M, led by 1-1/4L turning in, peaked and headed 250M, weakened final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Shifted in on jumping and was bumped. After the event M Chadwick stated that from the outside barrier he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to cross to the lead. He said as a consequence the horse was left without a finishing effort when under pressure in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of TSUEN WAN GLORY, a last start winner, was considered disappointing as compared to its previous race start. Before being allowed to race again, TSUEN WAN GLORY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Bumped start, raced at rear on the outside, 8 lengths or so back, same margin back turning in, made no impression in the run home.

Bumped at the start. After the event L Ferraris confirmed that from a wide barrier he was instructed to ride his mount in a conservative manner in the early stages. Trainer C S Shum confirmed the instructions and advised such instructions were issued due to the expected fast pace in the early stages to offset the wide barrier draw.

Bumped shortly after start, trapped wide in midfield, no cover on turn, weakened early in straight when hard run took effect.

Shortly after the start was bumped on the hindquarters. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Crowded shortly after the start by URBAN TRIUMPH which shifted out. For some distance leaving the 1000 Metres raced keenly and was steadied away from PERFECTO MOMENTS. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea and also found the horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported. Before being allowed to race again, SILVER DESTINY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
