Jumped well, sent forward to take the lead, headed approaching 700M, retook the lead 500M, kept on very well in straight and won by a length. (See Racing Incidents.)
Average to begin, raced in midfield on the inside, 3 lengths or so back, saved ground on turn, showed limited response early in straight, kept on same pace to the line. (See Racing Incidents.)
Began only fairly, raced 2 wide behind midfield, moved a bit closer after passing 900M, 4 wide turning in, made good progress in straight to take 2nd, no threat to the winner.

SUPER SETH was trained by Darren Weir at the beginning and transferred to Anthony Freedman’s yard as an unraced. He collected 5 wins, 1 second and 1 third in 12 starts, winning distance from 1200M to 1600M including 2019 Caulfield Guineas that denied ALLIGATOR BLOOD under Mark Zahra. However, he made little progress after the spring break that finished 2nd in Futurity Stakes and 4th in All Aged Stakes but no surprise in G1 George Ryder Stakes and G1 Doncaster Mile. The son of DUNDEEL stationed at Waikato Stud, New Zealand and stands at Coolmore stud since 2026 with 8 black type contest winners including 2025 Randwick Guineas winner LINEBACKER and Queensland Derby hero MAISON LOUIS. His fee in 2025 is NZD$ 75,000. STATE SECURITY was owned by Price Bloodstock Management Ltd and trained by Ben, Will & JD Hayes in Australia. He took part in 2 jump-outs and won once while he sat handy early but failed to quickened to finish 6th in an 800M trial (2nd Sept 2025) on good going. His full-brother PATCH OF COSMO collected 5 wins, also 3rd in The Hong Kong Classic Cup and 4th in The BMW Hong Kong Derby up to written date. The bay gelding should be most effective at 1400M or farther.
