Noted to have sustained a wound to the left hind fetlock after the race. Sent for sampling post-race.

Moderately away, raced 2 wide slightly better than midfield, 2-3/4L back turning in, finished off well to take a place without threatening the first two.

Near the 1400 Metres was steadied away from STERLING WONGCHOY. Sent for sampling post-race.

Bumped shortly after start, raced 3 wide with cover in midfield, there to turn, made minor progress in straight.

Jumped awkwardly, taken back to race towards rear on the outside, 6 lengths or so back turning in, taken wide in straight and made good progress to be nearest on line.

Approaching the 200 Metres was steadied and shifted to the inside of MEDIC ELITE to continue into clear running.

Taken back from a wide draw, raced at tail, 7 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, passed some tired runners in straight.

Shortly after the start made contact with MILES AWAY when crowded by APOLAR FIGHTER which shifted in despite the efforts of its rider. In the early stages raced keenly and making the turn near the 1200 Metres shifted out when being steadied away from MILES AWAY.

Bumped shortly after start, raced slightly behind midfield on the outside, difficult to settle in the early stages, commenced move 400M, finished off evenly.

Shifted in at the start, made contact with SMILING EMPEROR and became unbalanced when being corrected by its rider. Leaving the 1200 Metres was steadied to avoid SMILING EMPEROR which shifted in after being steadied away from MILES AWAY. Near the 600 Metres was bumped by U S S CONSTITUTION.

Began well, positioned 4 lengths behind the leader on the inside, saved ground on turn, peaked early in straight, weakened gradually inside final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Began awkwardly, raced 2 wide behind midfield, 4 lengths or so back, same position on turn, kept on same pace in straight.

Near the 1400 Metres was steadied when crowded by WINDICATOR FAMILY which was taken in by STERLING WONGCHOY (H Bowman). H Bowman was severely reprimanded. After the event M L Yeung stated that from barrier 1 he was obliged to make some use of his mount in the early stages to hold an on-pace position, particularly with the race being run slightly inside of standard time. He said in the Home Straight MEDIC ELITE responded to his riding only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began smartly, raced 3 wide better than midfield, no cover on for the majority of the race, 1-1/2L back turning in, finished off strongly to score by a narrow margin.

After the event L Ferraris stated that just prior to the start being effected his mount lunged forward and as a result jumped only fairly. He said as a consequence he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to obtain the lead and this left VERBIER without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.

Shortly after the start was bumped on the hindquarters by SMILING EMPEROR and became unbalanced.

Taken back from the widest draw, raced at rear on the inside, 6 lengths back, saved ground on turn, made no progress in straight.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 600 Metres was steadied when disappointed for running between PERFECT PEACH and APOLAR FIGHTER and as a result made contact with APOLAR FIGHTER.

Average to begin, sent forward to take the lead, led by a length turning in, kept on well in straight but unable to hold off the winner close home.
