Shortly after the start was bumped by PACKING TURBINE which shifted out. After the event A Atzeni stated that the intention was to hold a handy position with cover. He said when SENOR TOBA held its position to his inside in the early stages he elected to allow GOLD MASTER to stride forward and race outside the lead to avoid covering additional ground. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped awkwardly, shifted in and made contact with WINNING WING. Leaving the 50 Metres was shifted to the inside of LIVEANDLETLIVE to continue into clear running.

Average to begin, raced in midfield, hard ridden after passing 350M and made minor progress, peaked 150M, ran on evenly to the line.

From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 600 Metres made contact with the running rail.

Moderately away from gate 1, raced at rear, 4 lengths back in the middle stages, commenced move approaching 400M, showed very good response, took the lead near 75M, kept on well to the line.

When questioned J Orman stated that the instructions were to hold a forward position but after AGENDA jumped only fairly and then was bumped by SENOR TOBA, his mount settled further back than intended. He said when placed under pressure in the Home Straight AGENDA hung in and over the final 150 Metres was very difficult to ride out when it continued to hang in. J Orman was notified of his obligation under the Rules to report any occurrence during a race which might affect his ability to fully test his horse. A warning was placed on the racing manners of AGENDA.

Made contact shortly after start, raced prominently on the stands' rail, peaked on run 300M, weakened final furlong.

Shifted in near the 1900 Metres and bumped MIGHTY STRENGTH.

Began well, positioned 3 lengths behind the leader on the stands' rail, hard ridden approaching 300M but only showed limited response, weakened final furlong. (Lost right front plate.)

Trainer A S Cruz confirmed that with the horse stepping up to 2000 Metres for the first time he had instructed A Badel to ride LOVERO in a conservative manner in the early stages.

Away well, sent forward to take the lead, led by 3/4L, kept on well final 400M but unable to hold off the winner final 75M, finished 2nd.

Shifted out at the start and was bumped. After the event Z Purton stated that the connections had asked him to ride the horse in a conservative manner in the early stages and to make a run from the 600 Metres. He said in accordance with his instructions he commenced a move from back in the field near the 600 Metres which resulted in PACKING TURBINE having to make a wide run and being unable to finish the race off when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. Trainer P C Ng confirmed the instructions issued. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
