Jumped well from a wide draw, sent forward to race prominently, took the lead approaching 900M, led by 3/4L turning in, peaked and headed 200M, weakened gradually final 100M.

For some distance near the 700 Metres raced keenly and leaving the 700 Metres was steadied away from UNITED ENDEAVORS. Sent for sampling post-race.

Jumped with them, raced 2 wide slightly behind midfield, 4 lengths or so back, there to turn, kept on same pace in straight. (See Racing Incidents.)

Made contact at start, raced at rear on the inside, 5 lengths or so back, showed limited response early in straight, weakened inside final furlong. (See Racing Incidents.)

Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. Approaching the 1400 Metres raced tight to the inside of HAPPY UNIVERSE before that runner was corrected by its rider. Passing the 1300 Metres was steadied to avoid EMBRACES. For some distance approaching the 700 Metres raced keenly and after being steadied away from HAPPY UNIVERSE near the 700 Metres commenced a forward move thereafter where it raced very wide and without cover. Sent for sampling post-race.

Away with them, raced in 3rd, 2 wide, same position on turn, hit the front 200M, kept on strongly to the line, won by 2 lengths.

For some distance approaching the 300 Metres was held up for clear running.

Taken back from gate 9, raced at tail, 6 lengths or so back, same margin back on turn, made very good progress in straight to take a place, nearest finish. (See Racing Incidents.)

After the event, H Bentley stated that his mount enjoyed a comfortable run during the race but finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Began well from gate 1, positioned 2 lengths behind the leader on rail, saved ground on turn, angled out 350M, made some progress early in straight, peaked 100M, weakened gradually thereafter.

After the event, Z Purton stated that the instructions were to hold an on-pace position. He said when caught wide in the early stages he was obliged to continue forward to avoid racing wide. He said as a result of this SMART CITY was left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Made contact at start, raced towards rear on the outside, 5 lengths back, very wide into straight, finished off well to make frame without threatening.

Jumped only fairly and then raced tight between HAPPY UNIVERSE and SMART CITY which shifted out slightly. In the early stages, when caught wide, was allowed to stride forward where it obtained a position outside the leaders, however, ISLAND GOLDEN was obliged to race wide and without cover thereafter. For some distance approaching the 300 Metres raced tight between TAKE ACTION and TEAM HAPPY (A Pouchin) which shifted to the outside of SMART CITY. A Pouchin was advised to exercise more care.

Moderately away, raced behind midfield on the inside, 4 lengths or so back, saved ground on turn, failed to close off in straight.
